Urban Nova Return Policy
Cancellations and Returns
Urban Nova will accept returns of any unopened product in its original packaging with a 30% restocking fee within 30 days of the delivery date for a Spacejoy credit.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number before the product is shipped or returned. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered.

Thread & Thistle Return Policy
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled up until the order is shipped.
Thread & Thistle will accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging with a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of the delivery date, for a Spacejoy credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Custom or made-to-order items that are not defective cannot be returned. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number before the product is shipped or returned.

Orders can be cancelled up until the order is shipped. If a product arrives damaged you have 30 days to submit a claim with us. We don't process returns for change of mind.
Shipping - Logistics
Every order leaves Luna & Luxe guaranteed to be in good condition. After leaving the facility, for any damages that may have occurred during shipping, a claim would need to be submitted via our claims form.
Claims and Replacements
All Luna & Luxe products are shipped in 275 PSI cartons and we work with approved carriers that handle our furniture with care. Even with this in mind, things can happen and here’s what we suggest. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All defects or damages must be reported to Spacejoy via the Claims Form within 36 hours of delivery. If a claim is filed after 36 hours, we may not be able to honor the claim. Any defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is disposed of we will not be able to accept the claim. We can not take responsibility for any damages that occur once the item has been delivered at the delivery address.
Luna & Luxe Warranty
Luna & Luxe is to be used for normal residential purposes. We offer a one year warranty from the date of delivery to the consumer. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Under this warranty we have the right to repair, replace or send a replacement part.

Empyrean Living Return Policy
Return Policy
When you place an order with Empyrean Living you can make changes to your order prior to it being released for picking & packing. Please note that orders that have been released for picking, packing & shipping cannot be modified, and any changes or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We don't process returns for change of mind.
Backordered Items
Backordered items will ship as they become available. If you wish to cancel an item in your order, please contact us at support@spacejoy.com If an item that is ordered becomes discontinued, we will cancel the product order and update you of the status.
All product ETA's that we give are estimates only. This means they can change at any time. Spacejoy cannot assume any responsibility for any product delays due to shipping or production.
Freight & Carrier Damage
When receiving your delivery, ensure the packaging is inspected at the time of delivery and make a note on the Proof-Of-Delivery document before signing the shipment. “Subject to inspection” is not considered as noting the damage and your claims may be declined as a result, please ensure to specify the carton/packaging was damaged.
Concealed Damage
For any concealed damage, please ensure to take pictures of the carton packaging and the damaged product. Doing so will assist in properly reporting any damages and will ensure a smooth claims process. Note that concealed damages must be reported within thirty (30) business days from the date of delivery, otherwise the claim may be rejected.
Claims
We understand that things happen and in the unlikely event that your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, you can report an incident or file a claim with us by submitting the claims form. You have 30 days to submit a claim. It is essential to document any damage on the Proof of Delivery when an order is received to assist in submitting claims. We also require supporting pictures of the damage to the carton and the product itself—clear, close-up photos of the damaged area and the whole piece. Should you not note the damage on your Proof of Delivery, the claim may be denied.
Warranty
Our manufacturer's limited warranty covers all defects in materials and construction for one year from the product purchase date. Our warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purposes. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, normal deterioration due to wear, tear & exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire, or other acts of nature, or products used for but not listed as commercial-use items, will not be covered by our limited warranty.

Harper Studios Return Policy
Return Policy
Harper Studios offers a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. The customer pays return shipping. Harper Studios provides the return label, return shipping costs will be deducted from the original form of payment.
Important Notes
All items being returned must be in the new/original condition in which they were received unless returning a damaged or unsatisfactory item. Merchandise that has been reported in perfect condition by the customer before the return, will be charged if the item is received damaged.
If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They will follow the proper procedure for damaged merchandise. The shipping carrier will not pick-up the merchandise if it is not in its original packaging. If merchandise is damaged/ missing upon delivery, the customer must contact customer service within five business days to report damage and to receive a return authorization.
A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact support@spacejoy.com to receive a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise verified with a customer representative.
Please note that all products are intended for residential use only.
Shipping Fees on Returns
Returns can be sent back with the customer's carrier of choice. If the customer requested Spacejoy to provide return labels the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, customers are responsible for shipping costs once the order is in the carrier's possession.
Claims
We understand that things happen and in the unlikely event that your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, you can report an incident or file a claim with us by submitting the claims form.
A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within five business days of receipt.
- At least 1 photo of the damage or defect must be sent to support your claim. Failure to provide photos may delay the claim process and result in a claim denial.
- Spacejoy will replace damaged or defective goods (given the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the item must be returned unless told otherwise in the original packaging. All products come with a 1 year warranty against defects.
- All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. Spacejoy is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer.
- DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Aurora Home Return Policy
For Aurora Home products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final on discontinued and sale items. Aurora Home products are not tested or approved for hospitality/commercial use. Placing them in this setting voids all warranty.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS
Please inspect your product upon receiving your shipment. If you notice obvious box damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt the driver gives you to sign and notify the driver of the damage.
What if I received a shipment that was damaged?
We put customer satisfaction first and will work to find a solution for issues you may regretfully encounter with your order. That is why we also ask that you always inspect your products for damage immediately upon receiving them and note any discrepancies on your Bill of Lading.
Aurora Home will offer a way to help you get your product repaired or replaced. This all starts with filing out a claim using this form.
My order arrived but one of the products is missing a piece - how do I request a replacement part?
