Empyrean Living Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Orders can be changed before they are released for picking & packing.

  • After release, cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Freight & Carrier Damage:

  • Inspect packaging upon delivery and note visible damage on the Proof of Delivery.

  • Claims may be denied if not noted.

Concealed Damage

  • Report within 30 days with clear photos of the packaging and product.

Claims

  • Submit within 30 days with clear, close-up images.

  • Failure to note damage may result in denial.

Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and construction.

  • Misuse, accidents, or natural causes are not covered.

Backordered Items

  • Backordered items will ship as they become available.

  • If an item becomes discontinued, it will be canceled and you will be notified.

Harper Studios Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Harper Studios provides the return label; however, return shipping costs will be deducted from the original form of payment.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise verified by a customer representative.

Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization is required for all returns.

  • Please contact us at hello@spacejoy.com to obtain return authorization before returning any items.

Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in the new/original condition in which they were received unless being returned due to damage or defect.

  • If a customer has reported the item as being in perfect condition but it is received damaged, the customer may be charged.

  • If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, notify your delivery person and ensure the damage is noted on the delivery receipt.

  • The shipping carrier will not pick up merchandise that is not in its original packaging.

  • If merchandise is damaged or missing upon delivery, contact hello@spacejoy.com within 5 business days to report the issue and request a return authorization.

  • All products are intended for residential use only.

Claims

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts/hardware, please file a claim within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Include at least one clear photo of the defect or damage to support your claim. Claims may be delayed or denied without proper photographic documentation.

  • Claims must be filed via email to hello@spacejoy.com or through our claims form.

  • Damaged or defective goods (due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors) will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • If a return is preferred over a replacement, the item must be returned in its original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

  • Damaged merchandise must be received back at our warehouse before any refund or replacement can be issued.

  • All original packaging must be retained. Spacejoy is not responsible for items discarded by the customer.

Warranty

  • Our manufacturer’s limited warranty covers defects in materials and construction for one year from the product’s delivery date.

  • This warranty is valid only when products are used for their intended residential purposes.

  • It does not cover issues resulting from:

    • Misuse

    • Accidents

    • Abnormal or commercial use

    • Modifications

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Exposure to the elements or natural disasters (e.g., rain, fire)

Aurora Home Return Policy

Return Policy

  • No returns for change of mind.

  • All sales on discontinued or sale items are final.

  • Products are for residential use only. Use in hospitality/commercial settings voids the warranty.

Inspect Upon Delivery:

  • Note visible box damage on the delivery receipt and notify the driver.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with your order.

  • Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery and note any damages or discrepancies on the Bill of Lading.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, Aurora Home will work with you to have the item repaired or replaced.

Missing Parts:

Article Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in like-new condition with original packaging.

  • Return fees apply within standard service areas:

    • $19 for products under $200

    • $49 for products over $200

  • Returns outside standard service areas incur a return fee equal to the original shipping cost.

  • Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If it meets the as-new condition requirement, a refund will be issued, deducting repackaging, outbound, and return shipping fees.

Return Policy

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days in original, undamaged condition.

  • If the original packaging is damaged, use a similar-sized box (no longer than 108 inches).

  • Items delivered disassembled must be returned in the same condition.

  • No packaging is needed if removed during delivery.

  • If the item is not received at our warehouse, the refund may be reversed.
